To maintain the quality and operational security of our photography trips, the following policy applies to all participants. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance immediately after booking.

Non-Refundable Deposit. This amount is strictly non-refundable, covering administrative costs and non-recoverable prepayments to local vendors.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before the confirmed trip starts.

Cancellations after Full Payment: If you cancel after settling the balance, the refund of the Balance Amount (Total Price minus Deposit) is as follows:

45 – 60 days before start date: 50% refund of the balance.

Less than 45 days before start date: No refund.
