ITINERARY
Day 1 : (July 10th)

Participants should arrive at Minangkabau International Airport before 12:00 PM.

Warm welcome and lunch upon arrival.

Depart directly for Bukittinggi.

First photography session at sunset, capturing the iconic Jam Gadang (Big Clock Tower) with Mount Singgalang as a stunning backdrop.

Hotel check-in and rest.
Day 2 morning: (July 11th)

4:30 AM – Depart early for a sunrise photography session at Bukit Takuruang, an isolated hill surrounded by lush forests and morning mist.

Shortly after sunrise, move to a lower ground near the hill, where a river provides a scenic backdrop.

Capture an authentic traditional martial arts performance and rural kids in the river, with Bukit Takuruang as a dramatic background
Afternoon:

Hotel check-out from Bukittinggi and depart for Batusangkar, where the cow race (Pacu Jawi) will take place.

Around 3:00 PM – Arrive in Batusangkar and set up a simple portrait studio to capture the striking faces and character of the local people.

Evening – Hotel check-in and rest.
Day 3 Morning: (July 12th)

Morning – After breakfast, prepare for the highlight of the trip: Pacu Jawi (cow race).

Rarindra will conduct a short session on basic editing techniques.

Followed by a technical briefing on how to capture the action-packed moments of the race.

Midday – The race begins after the Islamic midday prayer. While preparations are underway, enjoy lunch and take in the local atmosphere.

Afternoon – Capture the Pacu Jawi race, which runs until

4:00 PM Evening – Depart for Padang, with an estimated arrival at 9:30 PM. Hotel check-in and rest.
Day 4 Morning : (July 13th)
Participants have two options to choose
Option 1: Breakfast and keep rest until check-out on 8:30 AM
Option 2: Shooting 5:30 am at grand mosque nearby hotel. And Breakfast afterward and check-out 8:30 Am
9:00 Leaving hotel to Airport for ones who have international flight to KL
For domestic flight to Jakarta, participant can leave hotel maximum 12:00 PM.
